Really Simple Systems shortlisted for the Software Satisfaction Awards

5 July 2011

Really Simple Systems has been shortlisted for the 2011 Software Satisfaction Awards in the best small business CRM and Customer Management Software category.

We won the award in 2008, came second in 2009, and won it back again in 2010. Will we keep our crown in 2011? We’ll know on 18th October at the award ceremony.

Thanks again to all our customers who voted for us.

Really Simple Systems wins at EuroCloud

4 July 2011

Really Simple Systems has won EuroCloud‘s Best Customer Case Study award for its work with RSM Tenon (formerly Bentley Jennison).

“Cloud computing is more than just a passing trend or a buzz phrase – it is a new way of delivering business advantage,” said John Paterson, CEO of Really Simple Systems. “Using our cloud solutions, our customers have been able to avoid expensive and cumbersome hardware and software that would never have been able to keep up with their changing needs. They have the ability to scale the resources we use, as we need them, without having to factor in costly overheads, making them more agile and flexible as a result.”

EuroCloud is a European network gathering SaaS and cloud computing communities from 27 European countries, including vendors and industry experts.

CRM Idol

3 May 2011

We are delighted (flattered? amused?) that Really Simple Systems has been chosen to take part in Paul Greenberg’s CRM Idol competition, a CRM version of Pop Idol.

The winner will be announced in October. More when we know more!

Really Simple Systems wins the 2010 Software Satisfaction Awards

8 October 2010

We’re delighted to announce that Really Simple Systems has won the 2010 Software Satisfaction Awards for best SME CRM system, seeing off shortlisted competitors FileMaker, InTouch, Relate Software and Salesforce.com.

This year the award was based 50% on customer voting and 50% awarded by a judging panel, chaired by Paul Greenberg, noted US CRM analyst and blogger, author of CRM at the Speed of Light and known as “the most influential person in CRM”.

We won the award back in 2008, came second to Salesforce in 2009, so it’s good to get the crown back again.

We’d like to thank all our customers who voted for us, and of course Chris and and the support team who put a huge amount of effort into making sure our customers get the best service in the world, bar none.
