Most small businesses now use social marketing

Our latest Cloud trends survey shows that 62% of small businesses are now using social marketing, mainly LinkedIn and Twitter. This shows that social marketing techniques have moved from hype into pratical day to usage among the majority of small businesses.

Another suprising finding was that cloud based CRM systems have now overtaken traditional in-house systems in popularity.

Not so suprisingly, confidence in cloud systems continues to rise, with only 23% of respondants expressing reservations about the technology.
